What’s particularly notable, though, was the continuous outreach on the part of the professional and personable staff member responsible for scheduling and coordination with customers. Due to a recent period of day-after-day rain, scheduling and re-scheduling was necessary and I’m sure required a great deal of effort to maximize the efficient use of equipment and crews.Throughout the process, the scheduler worked closely with us to establish a workable date and followed up after the job was completed.
